Nursery

Ling Bob Nursery is part of Ling Bob J, I and N school. We offer both 15 hour places and also 30 hour places, please see our timings to find out more about the sessions we offer. We also offer places to children the term after they turn three.

As we are part of a primary school, we have a qualified teacher working in the Nursery. This means that we not only offer an excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage but also have a good knowledge of the primary school curriculum.

We have a good transition process for the children entering Nursery to ensure that they settle well, including meetings, visiting you at home and visits to the setting. We also ensure that the children leaving us are confident to start in the Reception class. Some of our children attend Ling Bob School and some go to other primary schools in the locality. We have good links with all of the schools in the area and we are proud to say that all of the schools are impressed with the children that we send to them for their Reception year.
